Widow claims her husband's death was due to his use of a prescribed pharmaceutical product. Her theory of liability against the manufacturer is that the manufacturer failed to adequately warn her husband of the effects of overdose. The manufacturer responds that it fully warned the prescribing physician of the pertinent risks, and further complied with Food and Drug Administration requirements...
